Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, because good art has no borders.

Processing Time

All Poster Shop Boys posters are printed to order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for printing and quality checking before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

 

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: Free on all UK orders above £60 and on all international orders above £120

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days from order date.

Delivery is via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked courier service. A tracking number will be provided where available.

 

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Europe: Typically 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.

Rest of World: Typically 10 to 21 working days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

 

Packaging

Every poster is shipped flat in rigid board-backed packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We take great care with our packaging because we know how frustrating it is to receive damaged artwork.

For larger sizes (A0, A1 and A2), posters may be shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at hello@postershopboys.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

 

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 28 days from the dispatch date for international orders before a parcel is considered lost.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@postershopboys.com, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
