Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

1. 14-Day Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. You can choose a refund, a replacement or a different size. To start a return or exchange, email hello@postershopboys.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and whether you would like a refund, a replacement or a different size.

 

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned posters must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, the cost of sending it back is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@postershopboys.com with: - Your order number - A clear photograph of the damage or fault - A brief description of the issue We will assess your claim and offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged item before processing a replacement or refund.

 

4. Refund Process

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for: - Custom or personalised posters made to your specifications, unless they arrive damaged or faulty - Items damaged due to improper framing or handling after receipt 6.
