Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel

As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@postershopboys.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

 

2. Please Note — Made-to-Order Products

All Poster Shop Boys posters are printed to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As our posters are printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once printing has commenced.

We strongly encourage you to check your order carefully — including size, design and quantity — before completing your purchase.

 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@postershopboys.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photograph of the damage or fault

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim and offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged item before processing a replacement or refund.

 

4. Refund Process

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (as products are made to order)

  • Incorrect size ordered — please check our size guide carefully before purchasing

  • Items damaged due to improper framing or handling after receipt
